SCHOOL BOARD RECOGNITION WEEK TO BE OBSERVED JANUARY 22 – 28, 2012 Governor Jay Nixon has proclaimed the week of January 22-28, 2012 as School Board Recognition Week. Missourians benefit every day from the dedicated energies and countless hours devoted by a group of more than 3,600 men and women in every community across the state. These public servants are elected by local constituents and do not receive compensation for their tireless efforts. These men and women are local school board members of Missouri. Crawford County R-I School Board members include: Carol Hofstetter, President, Kelli Rapp, Vice President, Darrel Bosse, Shannon Radford, Michelle Volkmann, Bruce Robertson, and Mark Nilges.
During the week of January 22 – 28, communities across the state will honor the dedicated service of local boards of education during School Board Recognition Week. The goal is to build awareness and understanding of the important function an elected board of education plays in communities and schools. All Missouri citizens are asked to recognize the important contributions of these men and women and focus attention on the vital role these public officials play in the education of Missouri’s children.
School Board Recognition Week is sponsored by the Missouri School Boards’ Association. MSBA is a private, not-for-profit organization that exists to help school boards succeed. |

SAVE TIME - FILL OUT STUDENT PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU ENROLL YOUR CHILD
We would like to offer our parents the opportunity to fill out 2011/2012 student paperwork for new student enrollment.
Families should fill out only one Household Information form for all students residing in their home, as well as filling out only one Free and Reduced form. These forms may be turned in at the very first campus you visit.
You may print out a student packet for each of your children and have them ready to turn in at the HS, MS or Elementary campus. This gives you the opportunity to fill out the information in the privacy of your home and take time to fill them out with important phone numbers, etc. |
